User Profile

We recently implemented server to server notifications and made a few sandbox subscription test purchases. From the test subscriptions our server was correctly pinged with all the expected notifications. The problem is our app has not received a single notification from a production subscription purchase, renewal, cancel, or refund. We have numerous subscriptions being started and renewed each day. Is there something I'm missing as to why we get them when making sandbox tests and not from our production app?
