I had automatic software updates selected on my iPhone 6s Plus. Two days ago iOS 14.1 was updated on my phone. Since then I have not been able to connect to wifi anywhere. This is costing me a lot of money to have to use data. I called Apple support and they told me to go to an Apple store and made an appointment for me in 7 days. I will have to continue using my data plan till then. According to this forum, many customers are also experiencing this problem. I am disgusted with Apple’s response to this common issue.
Is there any way we can hold Apple accountable? Perhaps by a class action suit?
