So there is still no answer after over a year. What a disgrace Apple and it’s service are. Will be switching to Samsung right away. I suggest all Apple users do the same to avoid this scam. Apple operating system is a joke. Too many problems, they don’t have a clue how to fix their own issues which means their staff are untrained.
