How do I request permission from Apple to access the lightning port to customize with my app?

I can't find the webpage to request access to parts of iOS that are restricted from Developers. It's more than entitlements. It's to access actual hardware, specifically the lightning port. I need to be able to send signals to the right pins or what-not. What is that called when a developer makes that request? Or where is that on Apple's Developer website? I logged in with the wrong Apple ID. I'm ShinehahGnolaum.

How to write code to uninstall multiple apps in iOS using Swift?

Does apple allow any way to programmatically remove apps on iOS? I need to uninstall some apps in order for the next iOS update to install, as I don't have enough room in storage for the update.

Does Apple have a library for iOS for creating a line graph or chart? I have found some third party solutions, but I prefer something from Apple. If I do have to use a third party solution, which one would you recommend?

iPhone for testing

I am preparing to use an iPhone 5 to use for testing apps with XCode. I have restored the iPhone to factory settings without using a passcode. Now the iPhone and iTunes are asking for an Apple ID to activate the iPhone -- the Apple ID associated with this iPhone. That Apple ID is already being used with another iPhone. What should I do? Is there a way to bypass using an Apple ID altogether? Can one Apple ID be used with two different iPhones?

How do I use Swift in iOS to take a Group of Contacts and copy it all to another iOS device using a different Apple ID

How do I use Swift in iOS to take a Group of Contacts and copy it all to another iOS device using a different Apple ID? I have looked into fetching the Contacts using CNContactStore, using the Share App Extension, and somehow using .vcf files. I'm looking for any ideas anyone has. Hopefully I can pick the simplest way to do this from someone's idea.
