What rebuild method did you use? When I did a rebuild yesterday I still had no results.
Why don't you try the 16.58 or now 16.59 versions of Outlook. I am fine with those.
M1 MPB , Monterey 12.2 Outlook 16.58 and all OK after those for me. Try those . 16.58 is on the Outlook, Advanced , Beta area of Update

Using Monterey 12.2 and Outlook 16.58 and my search is fine (after the previous disruption). I have exchange , gmail, mobile me accounts as well as on computer folders and it works fine for search now.
Us the 16.58 beta of outlook . That works . Auto update advanced button
Have you tried the 16.58 version which is available on beta system on the Outlook Update . That worked for me
new outlook is half baked for most people as much functionality on certain account types and on computer folders doesn’t work . It’s simple 16.57 and 16,58 outlook solves the issue
Quite strange that some are winning with 16.58 outlook and 12.1 and others not. I am running the latest 12.2 Monterey beta (21D5039d)of which I believe there is a public beta and outlook 16.58 (22011201) with no issues currently.
Find it very strange as 16.58 sorted my issue. Did you shutdown and restart machine after the update ? Not sure of that may help in some way. If not may be worth reindexing spotlight?
Exactly New Outlook is half baked! . But 16.58 Outlook works 100% with My Mojave 12.1 no issues at all.
Strange , I have had no issues since 16.58 . I have exchange , IMAP and POP accounts and on computer folders and all works as it did before the 12.1 / Outlook issue began a month or so ago.
Yes , in this case New is definitely NOT better! BUT I am using 16.58 Outlook with no issues. It solved the issue for me.
