Is it legal to use Apple's official technical documentation for training GPTs, and if so, where can I download the PDF version of the official documents?

But, this method generateStaticMesh(from meshAnchor: MeshAnchor) can not be found in my Xcode, I can find this method in Developer Documentation. My Xcode version is 15.0 beta 2 (15A5161b), is anybody can help me
