Are you subscribing to Adobe suite? My issue went away by quitting the programs Adobe runs in the background even after you’ve quit its programs. It maxed out my RAM memory.
Quit any all Adobe programs. Go into Activity Monitor app to and manually select and quit Adobe cloud helper, everything w an Adobe logo next to it.
