Accepting audio streaming app
Hi, I am developing an app for the owner of a radio station, which primarily will stream the channel in the app. The app does not download or record the music, just streams it. I have seen that Apple may reject the app, due to policy: 5.2.3 Audio/Video Downloading: Apps should not facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third-party sources (e.g. Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, etc.) without explicit authorization from those sources. Streaming of audio/video content may also violate Terms of Use, so be sure to check before your app accesses those services. Documentation must be provided upon request. My client has rights to the radio station, and pays copyright every year, giving him rights to play the music, with documentation. Before I develop the app, will it get rejected by apple? Thanks
