In app purchase have been returned

App has been approved yeh!!! but several of the in app purchases have a red returned symbol next to them even though they have been approved can't change prices or wording they are all set $0 for sandbox testing help!!

Off line in app purchases don’t work

Is there any way to make in app purchases just disappear once purchased and not need to be checked every time the app is opened I have canceled subscriptions before because I was on a plane or high on a mountain with no internet connection only to find that I couldn’t use the full program it’s a pet hate of mine and now I have it in my own app.
