When an external display (LG Ultrafine 5K) is connected to a 13" Macbook Pro 2019, the display is detected and windows can be dragged TO it, but once the window is placed on the external display, it can thereafter no longer be moved or controlled or closed by mouse or touchpad device. Data can still be entered via keypad into any field in the external that the pointer had previously be placed at before moving the window to external display.
The only way to regain control of the window is to detach the external display.
Same behaviour when connecting to a 1080P display via HDMI.
This is true using both the onboard touchpad, as well as external touchpad and mose controllers.
Anyone experienced this?

When I attempt to update to 10.15.5. developer beta 2, it restarts, but then nothing actually happened and then same update shows available again. Anybody experience this?
