I tried to call generate transfer identifier API (/auth/usermigrationinfo with old sub and recipient_team_id) with access token which is generated by new private key, then transfer identifier is generated.
Moreover, I tried to call transfer API (/auth/usermigrationinfo with transfer_sub), it was succeeded and generate new Sign in with Apple user id (sub).
