After Installing Xcode beta 13 I received the error: "cdtool cannot compile [0]". After some researched I discovered that this error has occurred frequently in Xcode beta 9. I tried all the solutions which worked 4 years ago, but none of them worked. Is there anything I can do to solve this issue before beta 2?
