OMG. That fixed it. How did that get turned off?!? I never thought to check the watch settings. I was always looking in the iOS watch setting. :)

The issues continues in 17.5 beta 1 Dev
18 Dev beta 1 and it continues
I'm unable to access Screen time in anyway.
Via Settings the Setting app crashes.
via widget, setting app opens and nothing else.
Thank you. It was on but nothing setup. I had to created on to get the option to turn it off.
Stiil going in ios 18 dev beta 7
First impression on 18.2 beta 1 it appears to be much better.
