It seems I have the exact same problem. Everything, including the cursor, freezes on a daily basis, waits for a couple of minutes, and the I get the Apple equivalent of BSOD. I send the crash report to apple regularly, but they don't get back in touch, so I thought I would just share my version of the same crash report here. I am very willing to try and uninstall anything that might be the causing the issue, but so far nothing has worked, and I suspect it is an error in the OS.
