Hi! I uploaded an app preview video for different iPad display sizes, and set the poster frame for all of them. Weirdly, Appstoreconnect saved only one of the set poster frames. So, you'll see that the video for one display size has the correctly set poster frame, but the video for the other display size doesn't. I reuploaded the video and reselected the poster frame time, but the video for that specific display size is always stuck with the incorrect poster frame. How can I fix this?
