Does anyone know how to load /System/Library/DriverExtensions/com.apple.DriverKit-AppleUSBFTDI.dext?

How to load com.apple.DriverKit-AppleUSBFTDI.dext extension?
I just updated system to Big Sur. It doesn't ask me for the approve in Security & privacy while I try to load .kext but the I got the message in terminal "Extension with identifiers com.silabs.driver.CP210xVCPDriver not approved to load. Please approve using System Preferences." Any suggestions?
