I sent two requests (on March 29 and April 1) to the iTunes Finance team, but didn't get a response.
"Thank you for updating your banking." — it is not true. I didn't change bank. I continue to use Privatbank.

I continue looking for solution, but, unfortunately, without success. I have received responses from both iTunes Finance and Apple Support. Apple Support told me that "We are unable to provide finance or code level support."
A few days later, I received another response from Apple Support — "As mentioned before, these finance questions, will have to be discussed with the finance team. "
I explained our problem in every detail and sent an email to iTunes Finance. I posted the answer above.

Thank you for your reply! I would like to provide additional information to my previous answer. I had a long conversation with Apple Support (eurodev (at) apple (dot) com). Key points from this conversation:
We are unable to reach the finance department by phone to discuss our payment issue and find a solution.
— "Unfortunately our colleagues from finance are not reachable by phone, as they do not provide phone support. If you have any follow up questions for finance, please reply to their email."
Just like you, I asked Apple Support which banks does Apple support in Ukraine?
— "I am not sure that finance can provide a list of banks supported in Ukraine, but you would have to reply to their email and ask them." I contacted iTunes Finance and asked about the list of banks supported in Ukraine. Unfortunately, I didn't get a response (waiting for response since April 8).

Thank you for sharing information about Steam. I didn't know about this situation.
I think that all payments are suspended due to the russo-Ukrainian war. I have been receiving payments from Apple through Privatbank for many years. Everything was fine.
It is too bad that Apple does not react to our problem.
