We also have an enterprise account with only one team and all the builds have been created using the same developer ID ever since.
Since the last week, our users have not been able to install or start the app because of the following error.
Unable to install the {Appname}
The app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified.
Is it related ? What do we need to do ?
We also received the following email
"If you’re experiencing any issues getting your enterprise app to load, we recommend that you contact our support team to request that each of your accounts be assigned a unique team name, then generate new developer certificates and provisioning profiles for each account. Once this is done, you’ll be able to load your apps with the new provisioning profiles and distribute them as you have before."
Incidentally, the email sent to the embedded address (adev_escalations at apple.com) is bouncing back.
