Same issue here. IWatch 4, WiFi only. Battery was fine till 7.3 update. Now burns approx 50% faster. I did all the recommended suggestions. I turned off “all the things” that I had always kept on just to try and save power. I rebooted phone and watch, unpaired and re-paired from back up, unpaired and re-paired as a new watch… Everything, nothing works. Please fix this bug and send out an update patch!
