I am Khalid from Egypt, I was trying to enroll to Join the Apple Developer Program but i got this below message:
Your enrollment could not be completed.
Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program cannot be completed at this time.
I was using an Egyptian Credit card and an Egyptian mobile number. Are there any restrictions in Egypt?!
