Hi, after one month of claims today I get a real answer .
with all this info I’ve I’ll open a formal claim.
the secret is the space used that is not showed in your devices .
today I get the answer that this is a normal behaviour and no plains to solve .
I have lost 2 devices because of this . One was with recent backup but the other totally lost. Start again from 0.
