Then, whats the point of asking developers to hit consumption request API, when Apple is simply not honouring our preferences (DECLINE refund) 7-IAP refunds in 3-days, is this a norm on Apple platforms? On what basis is Apple issuing refund, any rationale/premise for it We are a calling application, not virtual game coin app User calls, they receive recordings and transcriptions This is pure SCAM and financial loss In summary, Apple is simply going against our App's T&C

Problem is, customer has been using app for about 4-months now. They made about ~20-25 consumable purchases and exhausted all their calling balance. Now all of a sudden, customer has started asking for refund from Apple. They started with 5-refund in a single day. Apple approved them all. Then next day, they again asked for another refund, Apple approved again. Today they have again asked for refund, which I fear Apple will again approve.

As developer, we are already giving 30% share to Apple on store fees Imagine this for our calling application where we ourselves procure service using external providers i.e. it costs us Now, Apple decides to refund w/o App Developer consent or considering App's T&C This SCAM/FRAUD is clearly Apple assisted @endecotp Do you expect a startup to survive after 100+ such scams via Apple platform and wait until then to identify some sort of pattern 🤦‍♂️
