Really appreciate you taking a look at this, I've opened a feedback, it's FB14863087.
The video I used in the sample project was from the sample project Using HEVC Video with Alpha to try to rule out our export process. We've seen the same issue with video we've exported ourselves as well. Happy to try other assets or export settings.
