This is really pissing me off for while already, been searching for a fix since updating to the first Big Sur release - and still not a single official announcement from apple that they f*&*ed up and are sorry, not even trying to fix it, all the recent updates are useless - external monitor still isn't working. Thb, I've spent about 100eur trying out the original hubs and cables from local apple distributors - vainly. Deeply disappointed with the attitude that apple has over the people who buy their products for a sh**t hole of money. Thinking about selling my 2017 13-inch MacBook Pro and switch over to thinkpad or smth similar, shame but i've got no other choice.
