Where can I set the image for my in app purchase product?

I have tried to set the 'App Store Promotion' image under the in app purchase product - no change :-(

Is one allowed to create a consumable IAP product with variable content?
An example..
A client buys the consumable product ‘extra time’. On selecting the product in my app, the app informs the user the extra time that will be added. This time is calculated based on my internal formula and can vary depending on the users state in the app.
Is this allowed?
