I installed the Big Sur beta on an external disk of a MacBook Pro 2018.
Even when the external disk is not present the system now does a double restart every time I reboot.
Has anybody else seen this? Does anybody know the reason?

For some reason, Netflix cannot use HTML5 on Safari. I tried installing Silverlight but the site comes back to the page with installation instructions.Has anybody found a workaround?
