User Profile

The past few days my app and ALL previous version of my apps including the same version on app store have been getting this error when accessing testflight user's purchase history. There was no code change and even if there was why would it suddenly exist on previous working version of my app? App review team has not helped in anyway or even acknowledged the issue. All i'm asking right now is someone to acknowledge the issue so I can patiently wait for it to be fixed instead of getting a reply for the review team asking me to fix it somehow. I have no idea how to fix this besides removing the iap altogether.
