My iPhone 11 has recently started spasming. When in a tab it will switch to a different one or bounce back and form or go to my home screen. When reading in my books app it starts turning the pages. When texting or typing in any way it will begin to type random words, letters, numbers, and spaces. When watching a video it pauses, fast forwards and rewinds, skips to another video, and goes to another URL. I tried shutting completely off, and turning it back on, and checking to see if it needs a software update. When I turn it back on from being completely shut down sometimes it won't let me type in my password, and it doesn't say it needs a soft ware updated. I don't know if this is part of the reason why but it is a refurbished phone. At this point I have no clue what to do and was wondering if I can solve this at all?
