There is no fix for this with apple. Better change the phone. I have been facing the issue since long time on my iphone 11 since I installed ios14.

@Zeekme0101 Same here. No issues with iPad 8th gen. but I have the same issue with iPhone 11
I humbly request any Apple developer or whoever concerned to acknowledge the issue in this forum and mention if apple is ever working on this.
I tried to reset all network settings but still it doesnt resolve the bluetooth headphones issue. it drops off and then reconnects after 5 secs or so. SAD that apple is not notifying to resolve this issue.
Go to Settings, Privacy, then turn off location services

I too face the very same issue. I am not able to use my Bluetooth headsets or even personal hotspot because of this Bluetooth issue
