Checking build logs it seems we always get failures when OSX 12.6.9 is used and we are always ok when it instead uses OSX 12.7.1
I have a ticket with Microsoft so it may be an issue with 12.6.9 only?

NB. For a succesful test we get the status flags as 0x22011311
