I believe I found a solution to this. Like everyone else, after loading screenshots, a few would soon turn into the grayed-out image with the cloud. I would delete & reload them, only to see the same thing happen again. I waited overnight to see if it was an Apple approval process that had to take place, and that didn't help either. What I found fixed the issue was this: ADD THE SCREENSHOT IMAGES & WAIT A FEW MINUTES BEFORE YOU DRAG THEM TO CHANGE THE IMAGE SEQUENCE ORDER! Problem solved.
