In Quick Look, using this example, you can see that depth occlusion doesn't work in iOS 18, while it works fine in versions 16 and 17. I thought the issue was with the files themselves and that they now need to be saved differently, but this problem also occurs with custom transparent materials using Metal shader in RealityKit.
