What if you have and explicit App ID, but do not offer in-app purchases? Our App is free and does not require any purchase, therefore a Paid App agreement is void. This bundle ID was setup many years ago, is the only way to remove this agreement is to change to a wildcard bundle ID?

I also started receiving the same error messages. Using Cordova as well, and last submitted to the store on June 1st
