Agreed. This is garbage!!! I have a work issued iPhone 11. Received the update and the next morning my passcode and face ID will not work. I tried to connect to iTunes doesn't work. Tried a hard re-start. Tried to do a restore and it will not accept my apple ID and passcode. It will when I sign in online to apple though. Contacted support and they said that the Activation Lock is on (which I didn't do) and requires the receipt of an authentication code. Well guess what I cannot get one because MY PHONE HAS LOCKED ME OUT!! I don't own any other Apple devices, (Thank God) so basically they said there was nothing they could do because they cannot be completely sure I'm the owner of the phone. Even though I can log in with my ID and passcode, my family has a share plan which I can provide names, payments from accounts, you name it. They shut down my apple pay and the phone is completely disabled. All because it would not take my passcode or face recognition after your stupid update. Thanks Apple!! Great Product!! Great Service!! If you know people are having issues like this you might want to migrate from your "recommended" solutions for fixes that your service techs abide by.
