Hey JMcMaster, I also am looking for help for my mom who recently had a stroke resulting from Homonymous Hemianopia. I've submitted a post to see if it would be possible to add an accessibility configuration to the Apple Vision Pro which would be used to define the user's field of view and based on this input provide a display capable of being viewed by the user. I see your post was placed March of last year. Have you been able to locate anything that might help with Homonymous Hemianopia?
