I'm trying to apply a blueprint to an iPad Air(1st Gen) using Apple Configurator 2. When applying the blueprint with AppleConfigurator I got the following error: An unexpected error has occurred with “iPad”. Failed to create session info: Failed to retrieve session info. After I press "stop", the installation continues, but the device ends up not being supervised. How can I troubleshoot the issue? The same deployment worked well on other devices.
