I've installed it on my series 4 without issue, loaded the profile to the iPhone (running iOS14) rebooted the watch, update found (took around 1 hour to download and install)

Are we even sure this feature is in the first beta, as I have had no luck with it either. Sometimes some features are not enabled until later releases
