Hello folks, I currently maintain a white-label app that services many credit unions across the USA and some other countries. Both me and them are concerned about the account deletion feature because it would be weird if you can just delete your account with a bank (or credit union) and lose easy access to your money. I'm also sure it wouldn't be possible to allow people to delete their accounts in multiple countries for their banking services, potentially due to specific laws and regulations. I can understand the feature being necessary for social media apps and the like, but what about banking? I'd appreciate any input on this. Thank you!
