I can reliably reproduce it on my MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 with Big Sur 11.6.2 by plugging Razer Viper 8khz mouse via usb-c.

I've got MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 MD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB running 11.6.2 (20G314) and I am having the same problem when plugging into my Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Express Dock HD - Docking station - (Thunderbolt 3) - GigE - 170 Watt . I noticed that sometimes it crashes even with all monitors unplugged. Everything works perfectly fine without the docking station (two 4k monitors via usb-c, 1 GB lan).
I did not have any problems like this in the past with older MacBook Pro 14-inch (2018) running on Catalina.
