Can you at any time, release a previous version of your mobile app in the App store?

Hello. I wanted to ask if it is possible at any time to release a previous version of a mobile app in the App store? If so since that version has already been through the App review process and has been approved, would it have to go through the App Review process again? Thank you.

Yes, you can ship an older version with the appropriate changes to the version #s, compatibilities, etc., and yes, it would go thru review again. Users might want to know what's going on, so...
