Using the latest public beta. Get this message, when I try to log into my MacBook Air. “You must enter a new password before you can log into this account.” Why is this happening?

Is no one else having this issue? The tech support rep, at Apple, sounded like a stay-at-home Mum who was guessing that this is legit. (No offense. Just accurately describing my experience.)

This is crazy-making. I tried to reset my password, using my Apple ID and it will not sign me into my account. Help??????????????
