10.13.4 b2 EGPU support

Hi,

After updating to the latest beta my EGPU stopped working, it now crashes shortly after connection (when it dimps the screen and should show the login screen).

I have a Macbook Pro (late 2016), Razer Core V2, Asus Geforce GTX 980 Nvidia card. I have the latest Nvidia webdriver installed (156) and have patched it with the tool from www.egpu.io
This setup has been running more or less stable through 10.13.3 and 10.13.4 b1

But now the connection has been broken with the latest update.

Has apple changed something regarding thunderbolt 3. I know that they have never been very supportive of Nvidia cards but with EGPU becoming part of osx, they cant ignore them for much longer.

would be greatful for all the help or hints you might have.
