Hi i uploaded my app to App store.It gets rejected due to

We are still unable to continue with the review of your app because one or more of your in-app purchase products have not been submitted for review.

Once you've submitted your in-app purchases and uploaded a new binary, we can proceed with your review.
Actually i follwed all design guidlines and i added products in iTunes connect.I have more than 450 Products.So didn't upload any screenshots.
In In-App Purchase section of iTunes connect it shows like
Your first in-app purchase must be submitted with a new app version. Select it from the app’s In-App Purchases section and click Submit.
Once your binary has been uploaded and your first in-app purchase has been submitted for review, additional in-app purchases can be submitted using the table below.
.But i couln't find app’s In-App Purchases section.
So please kindly help me guys.Where i am doing mistake
