IndexedSearch hangs when searching spaces

Hi,


I'm using vise-x program to create installers for mac. Recently we saw that searching string with spaces on APFS hangs.


According to the log (of vise-x) the invoked function is PBIndexedSearch.


Please assist.

Just FYI, 

PBIndexedSearch
isn’t an Apple thing; that string does not appear anywhere in the macOS SDK.

With regards your big picture issue, my recommendation is that you take this up with the support channel for the installer product you’re using, who are more likely to have direct experience with this issue.
