Can't find MS Apps after iCloud pulled all my files

I just upgraded to 10.13.1 on my Mac Air. I got a pop up about iCloud and I must have clicked the wrong thing as it cleaned out my computer. I finally found the iCloud archive and I think I can drag and drop folders into my computer again. But so far I have not found my Word, Excel and PPT apps. Has anyone had success in locating the MS apps?
