beta 3 not showing up in App Store

It doesn't show as Beta 3 in the Appstore nor does it show under updates. You have to go to the Apple Beta Software Program site https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/redemption and download the beta installer. After installing it you'll get the full download of MacOS High Sierra Beta 3 size 4.90GB. That should be the new build for beta 3.

Same. Tried to download from the page but clicking "Download" got me a "Forbidden 404" error. I'm sure they'll work it out...

That is public beta, but not developer.

I was having the same issue here in Italy yesterday (i.e. beta 3 not showing up) but today I received the Mac App Store notification and I've been able to install it. I did not reinstall the developer beta enabler tool.
