Safari losing all preferences...

Seems like Safari lost all preferences after the install. No startpage, all passwords gone, Adblocker gone.... That a general problem, or was that only here?

This happened to me with Beta 1 after running it without any problems for about 10 days, then all of a sudden I login and Safari is all messed up so it’s not a Beta 2 issue.
