Simulate NFC tag

Question

With the upcoming iOS 11 and the Core NFC it will be possible to read a nfc tag.

Is there a way to do the opposite; I mean, the iOS device act as an NFC tag and an other device read the information in the virtual tag (ex. UID)?

Unfortunately not and Apple didn't say when(or if) writing and formatting will be supported.
