Messages on iCloud

Hello guys. All times when I trying turn on “Messages in iCloud, got that error: “Unable to update iCloud settings at this time”. Thats my bad or it’s not avalible in first beta?

Me three. I’ve tried signing out and back in, too. No help there. I’ve seen a few people post on twitter that they’ve been able to get it enabled/working. I can’t get it working on my iPhone (iOS 11) or MacBook Pro (macOS 10.13).
