A vendor has built an app for the company I work for. We would like to provision the app using our corporate provisioing profile so we can allow users to download the app NOT from the app store but from our corporate servers. Any idea or steps on how to do this?

We already have the Enterprise Distribution License. What I was looking for was steps to re-sign an app built by a third vendor with our provisioning profile and certifcates.
So you just have an app, not a project?

A good general rule of thumb to follow whenever possible regarding distribution is this.
If you are buying a finished app, use the B2B program.
If you are buying a project full of code, use the in-house enterprise program.
This way you avoid these pains around signing and re-signing.

Has anyone dealt with a thrid party vendor that wanted your certificate so they could sign the app for you. I really do not like this option and am open to all other ideas.
